These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.slcttalents.com (the "Site"), operated by SLCT Talents ("SLCT", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about artists managed or represented by SLCT and allows prospective clients to submit booking enquiries. The Site is an enquiry platform; submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.
2. Booking Enquiries and Confirmation
- All enquiries are subject to artist availability and SLCT's acceptance.
- A booking is confirmed only upon (a) written confirmation from SLCT and (b) receipt of the agreed advance payment, and is governed by a separate booking agreement issued for the event.
- Quotes provided are indicative until confirmed in writing and may vary based on event date, location, technical requirements and travel.
3. Payments and Cancellations
- Payment terms, cancellation charges and postponement terms are set out in the booking agreement for each event.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advance payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
- If an artist is unable to perform due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond reasonable control, SLCT will make reasonable efforts to offer a suitable replacement artist or an alternative date, or refund amounts paid for the affected performance. This shall be the client's sole remedy in such cases.
4. Client Responsibilities
For confirmed bookings, the client is responsible for providing (unless otherwise agreed): a safe and lawful venue, all required licences and permissions for the event (including music performance licences where applicable), the agreed technical rider, and reasonable security and hospitality for the artist and team.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, artist names, photographs and design — is owned by or licensed to SLCT or the respective artists. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Artist images and names may not be used in event promotion until a booking is confirmed in writing.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to submit false or misleading enquiries, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
7. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, including artist profiles, statistics and credits. However, content is provided "as is" for general information and may change without notice. Show counts, viewership figures and similar statistics are approximate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLCT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Liability in connection with any confirmed booking is governed by the booking agreement for that event and shall in no event exceed the amounts paid to SLCT for the relevant booking.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party platforms (including Instagram, WhatsApp and form/hosting providers). SLCT is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party platforms.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
